The county map
What the cheapest available plan costs a 40-year-old in each of the 254 counties. Embed it, print it, or drop it into an article — the attribution line is baked in.

The dataset
One CSV row per county: plan count, insurer count, and minimum/median monthly premiums at ages 21, 40 and 60 (plus median Silver at 40). Companion file: the official rating-area-to-county mapping as JSON.

License & how to cite
Our derived figures are free to use, share, and republish, commercially or not, with attribution: "RateTerrain analysis of CMS Exchange Public Use Files" and a link to rateterrain.com. The underlying CMS files are U.S. federal public data. Premiums are full filed prices before any premium tax credit.
